When it comes to your nutritional needs, it can be extremely easy to overlook them, especially when you start to get busy or age. Many people skip a meal or two because they just don’t want to cook or are caught up with something else. In home care experts want you to know that malnutrition in seniors is a worry and it can happen all too easy. While it is okay for your loved one to miss a meal once in a while, their body cannot handle it all the time and this can lead to eating disorders or medical complications.

3. Don’t be afraid to address any concerns you may have. Always be open and honest with your loved one and talk to them if you are considered about what they eat.
